Zimbo Perks: terms

What Zimbo Perks are

Zimbo Perks are offers from businesses listed on ZimboConnect, for ZimboConnect members. ZimboConnect (Zimbo Connect Ltd, company number 17405129) shows the offers; each perk is provided by the business, not by us.

Who can use them

• ZimboConnect members aged 18 or over. A free account is enough.
• Show your perk card from the ZimboConnect app at the till. Screenshots may not be accepted.

The business’s terms

• Each perk has its own details, end date and conditions set by the business (for example, one per customer).
• The business can refuse a perk if its conditions aren’t met, and can end a perk early. We’ll remove perks we know have ended.
• Your purchase is between you and the business. Questions about the goods or services, refunds or complaints go to the business.

What we record

When you open a perk card or tap “I’ve used this perk”, we record it so we can show businesses how many members use their perks. We share totals only, never your name.

Fair play

We can remove access to perks for accounts that misuse them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: support@zimboconnect.com.
