Acceptable Use Policy

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZimboConnect. Any violation results in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

1. Use by anyone under 18 years of age. ZimboConnect is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use any part of this service. All users must complete age verification. Accounts identified as belonging to anyone under 18 are permanently terminated and blocked.
2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, and grooming. The creation, possession, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of any material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor is absolutely prohibited. Any attempt to contact, groom, solicit, or sexualise a minor is absolutely prohibited. Violations are reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), the National Crime Agency (NCA), and CEOP.
3. Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and sexual exploitation. Using ZimboConnect to recruit, transport, harbour, advertise, or solicit any person for the purposes of trafficking, forced labour, or sexual exploitation is absolutely prohibited and reported to law enforcement.
4. Commercial sexual services and solicitation. Advertising, soliciting, arranging, or paying for sexual services, escorting, or any commercial sexual activity is prohibited. ZimboConnect is not a platform for sex work or the sale of sexual services.
5. Sexual violence, coercion, and non-consensual involvement. Threats of sexual violence, sexual coercion, pressuring another user into sexual activity, or creating a profile using another person’s identity or images without their consent is prohibited.
6. Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting intimate or sexually explicit images of any person without their explicit consent is prohibited. This includes so-called revenge pornography. Violations are reported to law enforcement and the Revenge Porn Helpline.
7. Scams and fraudulent schemes. Romance scams, catfishing, advance-fee fraud, cryptocurrency or investment solicitation, phishing, impersonation for financial gain, and any attempt to deceive another user for money or personal information is prohibited.
8. Hate speech and discriminatory abuse. Content or conduct that attacks, degrades, or dehumanises any person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, tribe, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or immigration status is prohibited.
9. Any other illegal activity. Using ZimboConnect to plan, facilitate, promote, or carry out any activity that is illegal under the laws of the United Kingdom or the user’s country of residence is prohibited.

ENFORCEMENT: We use age and identity verification, administrator moderation, automated flagging of reported accounts, and a user reporting system to detect these violations. Reports are reviewed promptly, typically within 24 hours and always within 72 hours. Reports involving minors, trafficking, or CSAM are treated as immediate priority. Report violations using the in-app Report button on any profile or by emailing support@zimboconnect.com.
