🇮🇪 Thinking of a switch, or sponsorship to work abroad? Ireland is still hiring from overseas, including care roles.
WHERE TO LOOK
• jobsireland.ie (the government's job site)
• irishjobs.ie · jobs.ie · recruiters.ie
• cpl.com for EU recruiters (choose Ireland or the country you prefer)
THE ROUTE
1⃣ Get your CV Ireland-ready
2⃣ Search Ireland only (set your location on Indeed)
3⃣ Interview
4⃣ Job offer
5⃣ Work permit applied for on the back of your offer
GOOD TO KNOW
• Permit fee is €1,000 for up to 2 years. Ask your employer who covers it before you accept.
• Most care roles are on the General Employment Permit. Long-term residence permission (Stamp 4) comes after about 57 months. The faster 21-month route is only for Critical Skills roles.
• Rules and salary minimums change, so check enterprise.gov.ie before you apply.
⚠️ Never pay anyone who promises you a job or a permit. Employers hire you; recruiters don't charge you.
